Anonymous, unedited history of Spain consisting of five books. The text, apparently complete, ends after Book V, chap. 39, with the death of Fernando III in 1252. Book I serves as an introduction; Book II (f. 37v) relates the role of Rome in Spain; Book III (f. 104r) speaks about Barbarian invasions; Book IV (f. 139r) narrates events about the Arab invasion of Spain; Book V (f. 191v) addresses the reign of Sancho I, Mayor of Navarre. Numerous chapters end with succinct genealogies of Peninsular kings and important noble families until Felipe II.
